“I booked this private tour with my family. Our guide was Jagroop, he was friendly and is a good driver. I especially just wanted to focus the trip in the shrines and temple area. I just wanted to be in that area and didn’t want to go anywhere - glad that Jagroop was able to accommodate us with our request. I feel like the trees, the shrines, gates looked like they are straight out of a movie. It’s so beautiful and serene - would definitely go back there next time.!”

“Rie was our outstanding guide for Himeji Castle in April 2025. She met us at the castle entrance and was easy to find. She was cheerful, energetic, engaging, and extemely knowledgeable. She told us she was among the local guides selected to introduce the Castle (via video) for World Expo in Osaka. She toured us through the castle, and pointed out that we were visiting on a special day where the adjoining towers were also open, and she was flexible enough that we included these in our tour. She helped focus on architectural details, much to my partners delight! She often pointed out small subtle details that most other tourists…”

“Overall, Sarfy was amazing. The ride throughout the trip was smooth and the car was clean, luxurious, and had everything we needed (from Umbrellas, WiFi, and charging cables). Sarfy was a great tour guide as well. He was flexible and let us do the tour at our own pace. He managed to get us into this great Japanese resto for lunch.
