“This was our first visit to Italy. We took a wrong train and went into the opposite direction. We got late for the entry. Although we understand it is still our fault but expected some help from the office. The wifi was not available on the train and the network was terrible in the train so could not contact them. Instead the office told us that it is our fault. Ended up buying another ticket. The lady at the entry point was more sympathetic and got us the tickets by making us skip the long line up. Expected better customer service from Viator with who we booked many excursions.”

“This was a very comprehensive tour with Kiara that lasted between two and three hours, so do bring water and wear comfy shoes as there are lots of cobbled pavements. The tour was at a comfortable pace. We met at a meeting point opposite the Colosseum - up the steps from the main road outside the Primary School. We loved the tour and thoroughly recommend it. Thanks Kiara.”

“Our Guide Radu WAS AMAZING! This was the highlight of our 4 days in Rome, even in the rain! We learned so much about the colleseum and the historic buildings in the Paletine hills! Radu was passionate and engaging, funny and so easy to listen to, his genuine interest and knowledge in the history was infectious, and he also dispelled many myths about the gladiator fights and answered our questions which I was very pleased about. We left the tour feeling in awe, joyful and adventurous, ready to explore more! We gave him a tip!!”
